Ashlynn's commitment to championing diversity and inclusion began during her time as a Division I track & field student-athlete, where she recognized the need to enhance the student-athlete development experience. With a comprehensive background spanning positions related to diversity and inclusion, fundraising and development, as well as membership engagement, Ashlynn consistently demonstrates her commitment to creating inclusivity and equity in various professional settings. Her leadership roles in executive non-profits and member-driven organizations reflect her dedication to fostering community development and engagement.
Ashlynn holds an M.Ed in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Southern California, along with a dual B.A. in Applied Psychology-Human Development and Communication from Boston College. Her educational background highlights her dedication to enhancing the holistic growth of others, advancing the cause of women, and increasing access for Black women professionals.
